缓解Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷/钢钎焊残余应力的研究现状

Research Status on Relieving the Residual Stress of Ti(C,N)-based Cermets/Steels Brazing

  • 摘要: Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷是一种具有很大发展潜力的硬质材料,将其与韧性较高、可承受较大冲击载荷的钢等金属材料连接则可发挥各自的优势,满足恶劣工况对高硬度、高耐磨耐蚀性和强韧性等优异综合性能的要求。残余应力是金属陶瓷与钢焊接时面临的主要问题。本文在对国内外(金属)陶瓷/钢钎焊接头残余应力状态和分布规律,以及应力缓解方式的研究现状进行综述的基础上,提出近焊缝处的金属陶瓷侧是缓解残余应力的关键区域,应将应力缓解的研究重点从目前的钎料扩展到金属陶瓷的近焊缝区。

     

    Abstract: Ti(C,N)-based ceramics is a kind of hard material with a great development potential. The welding between ceramics and metal materials (steels et al) with high toughness can utilize the respective advantages and make work pieces meet the requirements under harsh working conditions, such as high hardness, high wear resistance, high strength and toughness and other excellent comprehensive performances. The high residual stress is the main problem during the welding of cermets and steels. In this paper, the research status on the stress state and distribution and stress relief mode of brazing joint of cermets(ceramics)/steels are reviewed at home and abroad. On the basis of the review, it is presented that the ceramicsw near the weld is the key area to relieve residual stress of the joints, and the stress relief research should be extended from the current solder to the near weld zone of ceramics.
