油液特性对轴向柱塞泵流量脉动的影响

Simulation Analysis of the Influence of Oil Characteristics on Flow Pulsation of Axial Piston Pump

  • 摘要: 含气量、温度和压力作为反应油液特性的3个重要参数,在轴向柱塞泵仿真分析时易忽略其对流量脉动特性的影响。为了探究油液特性对轴向柱塞泵出口处流量脉动的影响规律,基于AMESim建立轴向柱塞泵的仿真模型,对不同的含气量、温度以及压力下轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动进行仿真,对其结果进行分析。结果表明:油液特性对轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动影响较大,轴向柱塞泵流量脉动特性随着油液含气量的增大而减小,随着油液温度的升高而减小,随着系统压力的减小而增大。

     

    Abstract: Gas content, temperature and pressure are three important parameters. They reflect the characteristics of oil. Howerver they are easily ignored in the simulation analysis of axial piston pump. In order to explore the influence of oil characteristics on the flow pulsation at the outlet of axial piston pump , the simulation model of axial piston pump was established based on AMESim. The flow pulsation simulation of axial piston pump under different gas content, temperature and pressure was carried out . The results show that the oil characteristics have a great influence on the flow pulsation of axial piston pump. The flow pulsation characteristics of axial piston pump decrease with the increase of oil gas content, oil temperature, and system pressure.
