镁合金表面磷酸盐转化膜的研究进展

Research Progress on Phosphate Chemical Conversion Coatings on Magnesium Alloys

  • 摘要: 综述适用于镁合金的各种磷酸盐化学转化膜的性质特点及研究进展,介绍生物医学用镁合金表面磷酸盐转化膜的研究现状,分析镁合金磷酸盐化学转化膜研究存在的问题,在此基础上指出在今后的研究中,应加强不同种类膜的控制工艺、成膜机制、腐蚀机制等方面的工作。

     

    Abstract: The properties and the latest progress of different kinds of phosphate chemical conversion films used for magnesium alloys are reviewed in this paper. In addition, the research status of the application of the phosphate conversion coatings on biologic and medical magnesium alloys is introduced. Finally, based on the problems analysis of phosphate conversion coatings on magnesium alloys, it is proposed that the research trends should be emphasized on the processes controlling, formation mechanism, corrosion mechanism, etc.
