x≤0.2, BZNT) ceramics was prepared by a solid phase reaction.The effect of Ti
4+ substituting Nb
5+ on the microstructure, dielectric and crystal chemistry properties of Bi
1.5ZnNb
1.5O
7 based ceramics was investigated.The results revealed that when
x≤0.15mol, crystal structure of Bi
1.5ZnNb
1.5-xTi
xO
7 ceramics via X-ray diffraction(XRD) was pure α BZN phase.And all the compositions exhibited an optimal sintering property at 960oC.With the increase in the amount of Ti
4+ ion, lattice constant gradually decreased.For crystal chemistry parameters, with the increase in the amount of Ti
4+ ion, AV(O') Bi
4, AV(O') Bi
3Zn, AV(O') Bi
2Zn
2, AV(O') Ti
3Znall gradually increased, which coincided with the changes of lattice constant and dielectric properties.
