Ti4+掺杂对α-BZN结构与介电性能的影响

Influence of Ti4+ Substitution on the Structure and Dielectric Properties of α-BZN Ceramics

  • 摘要: 采用固相反应法制备Bi1.5ZnNb1.5-xTixO7(0≤x≤0.2, BZNT)陶瓷, 研究了Ti4+替代Nb5+对Bi1.5Zn-Nb1.5O7陶瓷显微结构、介电性能和结晶化学特性的影响。结果表明: 替代量x≤0.15 mol时, 样品为单一的α-BZN相; 陶瓷样品在960℃表现出最佳烧结特性, 随着Ti4+替代量增加, 晶格常数减小; 结晶化学参数键价和AV(O')Bi4、AV(O')Bi3Zn、AV(O')Bi2Zn2、AV(O')Ti3Zn均增大, 且该行为与其晶格常数、介电性能变化相吻合。

     

    Abstract: Bi1.5ZnNb1.5-xTixO7(0≤x≤0.2, BZNT) ceramics was prepared by a solid phase reaction.The effect of Ti4+ substituting Nb5+ on the microstructure, dielectric and crystal chemistry properties of Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 based ceramics was investigated.The results revealed that when x≤0.15mol, crystal structure of Bi1.5ZnNb1.5-xTixO7 ceramics via X-ray diffraction(XRD) was pure α BZN phase.And all the compositions exhibited an optimal sintering property at 960oC.With the increase in the amount of Ti4+ ion, lattice constant gradually decreased.For crystal chemistry parameters, with the increase in the amount of Ti4+ ion, AV(O') Bi4, AV(O') Bi3Zn, AV(O') Bi2Zn2, AV(O') Ti3Znall gradually increased, which coincided with the changes of lattice constant and dielectric properties.
