创新的新动力:智能时代人机关系驱动员工创新行为的影响研究

New Driving Force of Innovation: A Study on the Influence of Human-machine Relationship Driving Employee Innovation Behavior in the Intelligent Era

  • 摘要: 人工智能时代的到来使得人机关系表现出相互融合、相互协作的新形态,创新是企业经营和发展的重要源泉,企业应用智能机器协助工作对员工创新行为的影响则是当前组织行为学的一个重要研究点。文章基于资源保存理论和自我决定理论,通过引入中介变量学习目标导向和调节变量伦理氛围探究人机关系影响员工创新行为的路径。实证研究表明:人机关系正向影响员工的创新行为;学习目标导向中介人机关系与员工创新行为之间的关系;伦理氛围不仅可调节人机关系对学习目标导向的影响,还可调节学习目标导向的中介作用。根据上述研究结论,文章提出管理者应重视智能机器的引入对员工产生的影响,意识到学习目标导向的重要性,注重在企业中塑造良好的伦理氛围。

     

    Abstract: With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence, human-machine relationship shows a new form of mutual integration and cooperation. Innovation is an important source of enterprise management and development. Exploring the impact of intelligent machines on employees' innovation behavior after enterprises apply intelligent machines to assist work is an important research issue of current organizational behavior. Based on resource conservation theory and self-determination theory, this study introduces learning goal orientation as an intermediate variable and ethical atmosphere as a moderating variable to explore the path of human-machine relationship affecting employee innovation behavior. Through the empirical study, it is proved that human-machine relationship positively affects employees' innovation behavior; The relationship between learning-goal-oriented mediating human-machine relationship and employee innovation behavior; Ethical atmosphere not only regulates the influence of human-machine relationship on learning goal orientation, but also mediates the role of learning goal orientation. According to the above research conclusions, the article suggests that managers should pay attention to the impact of the introduction of artificial intelligence machine on employees, realize the importance of learning goal-oriented, and pay attention to create a good ethical atmosphere in enterprises.
