供应链数字化与乡村振兴基于供应链创新与应用试点政策

Supply Chain Digitalization and Rural Revitalization: Evidence from the Supply Chain Innovation and Application Pilot Policy

  • 摘要: 随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,以供应链数字化赋能乡村发展逐渐成为实现乡村振兴的重要方式。文章将供应链创新与应用试点政策视为准自然实验,以2012—2022年我国286个地级市面板数据为研究样本,通过构建双重差分模型探究供应链数字化对乡村振兴的政策效应。实证结果表明:供应链数字化对乡村振兴具有显著的促进效应;供应链数字化通过完善数字基础设施、提高资源配置效率以及推动产业结构升级促进乡村振兴;供应链数字化对东部地区、非资源型城市及中小规模城市的乡村振兴的促进作用更加明显。基于上述研究结论,为促使供应链数字化更有效地推动乡村振兴,文章提出了相应的建议:以供应链数字化为抓手,全面赋能乡村振兴;深化供应链数字化对乡村振兴的支撑作用;因地制宜、分类施策,充分发挥供应链数字化在乡村振兴中的差异化效应。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy, empowering rural development through supply chain digitalization has gradually become an important strategy for achieving rural revitalization. This paper treats the supply chain innovation and application pilot policy as a quasi-natural experiment. Using panel data from 286 prefecture-level cities in China from 2012 to 2022, it employs a difference-in-differences model to examine the policy effects of supply chain digitalization on rural revitalization. The empirical results show that supply chain digitalization significantly promotes rural revitalization. It contributes by improving digital infrastructure, enhancing resource allocation efficiency, and facilitating industrial upgrading. The positive effects are particularly pronounced in eastern regions of China, non-resource-based cities, and small to medium-sized cities. Based on these findings, the paper offers the following policy recommendations: (1) leverage supply chain digitalization as a key driver to comprehensively support rural revitalization; (2) strengthen its supporting role in improving infrastructure and industrial systems; and (3) implement region-specific and categorized strategies to maximize its differentiated impacts across various local contexts.
