Abstract:
Accelerating the citizenization of agricultural transfer population is an important measure to implement the new development concept of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and realize the synchronous development of urbanization and industrialization. This paper selects relevant data of urbanization of Chengdu from 2001 to 2018, establishes a time series model, and uses Stata statistical analysis tool to empiricistically study the influencing factors of citizenization of the migrant agricultural population in Chengdu. The study found that low-income housing investment development speed and an increase of urban workforce for chengdu agricultural transfer of population urbanization is most significantly, the influence of an increasing number of permanent population and the influence of the number of times at the end of construction enterprises, and the influence of family per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents difference is smaller. This paper puts forward that we can accelerate the citizenization of the migrant agricultural population in Chengdu in an orderly manner and comprehensively improve the quality and level of new-type urbanization in Chengdu by means of accelerating the reform of household registration system, perfecting housing security system, perfecting basic education system and enhancing employment skills training.
