Abstract:
Purpose/SignificanceAnalysis of the individual cognitive based on team cohesion from a dynamic perspective has important elementary guiding significance for further analysis of the influencing factors and structural characteristics of team cohesion.
Method/processThrough literature review, this paper identifies the connotation and significance of team cohesion, explains the relationship between cognition and team cohesion based on individual cognition, and presents three evolving States of team cohesion: false cohesion, fragile cohesion and mature cohesion.
Results/ConclusionTeam cohesion is not only the team members' compliance, identification, learning and dissemination of the team's action structure and rules, but also the willingness and belief of the team members to retain membership and their expression intensity. It is also a social resource embedded in the network of team member relations.The evolution of team cohesion has undergone four stages of evolution and development: an active and unconsciously socialized stage, a positive and weak awareness dialogue stage, a positive and highly conscious team combination stage and a cohesiveness and sublimation stage. The cohesiveness evolution is also accompanied by the co-occurrence mechanism of benefit coordination and management, drive sharing mechanism and cultural endogenous impact mechanism.
