Abstract:
Knowledge sharing is not only an important source for stimulating individuals' new thinking and new ideas, but the key to promote the development of corporation collaborative innovation. However, the scarcity and uniqueness of knowledge have increased people's share of knowledge ownership and led to knowledge barriers. In this view, this article analyzes the path mechanism and external impact of knowledge territory behavior on organizational innovation performance. The results show that individual knowledge territorial behaviors have a significant negative impact on organizational innovation performance, while organizational knowledge territorial behaviors have a significant positive impact on organizational innovation performance. Knowledge sharing has significantly positive correlation with organizational innovation performance, and plays an intermediary role between knowledge territorial behaviors and organizational innovation performance.
