Abstract:
The disputes caused by the interests of public space are the main manifestation of the interest disputes in urban residential areas and an important content of community micro governance. Therefore it is necessary to explore the causes of the interest disputes in the public space of residential quarters. Through qualitative research and interview, this paper analyzes five typical existential interests in the city of C. A semi-structured in-depth interview is conducted with 22 relevant personnel of the disputed community, and the interview recordings and related materials are coded and analyzed for the causes and transmission mechanism of spatial interest disputes. Based on this, the paper proposes to improve the institutional arrangement of common property rights of urban commercial housing communities, and formulate the regulations of the community governance. Those regulations shall be used as the basis and guide for resolving interest disputes, and the disputes and contradictions shall be resolved in coordination with the multi governance subjects of the community.
