Abstract:
Purpose/SignificanceThe rapid development of China's economy has attracted a large number of foreign high-level talents to work in China, which has made great contributions to China's economic construction and social development. Further strengthening and improving the introduction and management of foreign talents, formulating more open immigration laws and regulations and improving the living environment of foreign talents in China are not only conducive to attracting and retaining more high-level foreign talents to work in China, but also necessary for China to implement the global talent strategy.
Method/Process Based on the theory of human capital investment and labor migration, using case analysis and analogy method, this paper analyzes the practical experience of foreign talent introduction and management in developed countries such as the United States, Britain, Japan, Australia, Singapore and other emerging developing countries such as India, and probes into the present situation and shortcomings of foreign talent introduction and management in China.
Result/ConclusionThis paper points out that China should form the advantages of foreign talent introduction and management system as soon as possible, and puts forward a series of targeted policy suggestions on foreign talent introduction and management from four environmental aspects: policy, government, working and living.
