Abstract:
Purpose/Significance Studying the community satisfaction and tourism support of the resettlementsubjects is an important basis for distinguishing the implementation performance of ecological resettlement and the development prospect of heritage tourism.
Method /Process Based on social exchange theory and expectation theory, WulingyuanScenic Area is selected as an empirical object, and a non-recursive model is constructed that includes potential variables such as community belonging, community participation, residents' expectation, perception of tourism impact, community satisfaction and tourism support, so as to clarify the internal relationship between community satisfaction and tourism support of residents in resettlement areas.
Result/Conclusion The results show that: 1) Mutual influences exist betweencommunity satisfaction of resettlement residents and tourism support; 2) Tourism perception has a two-way impact on the development of community tourism in heritage tourism destinations. 3) Residents expect show positive feedback on Tourism development in Wulingyuan Scenic Area. 4) Community sense of belonging and community participation have a significant negative impact on tourism cost perception. Cultivatingcommunity sense of belonging of the residents in heritage tourism destinations, and increasing the participation of community residents in tourism industry will help to improve the sense of interests of relocation group.
