摘要: 正确认识青年教师群体特点及发展诉求、发挥工会优势、建立青年教师发展的支撑性服务体系，是高校师资队伍建设的重要内容，也是高校工会的一项重要任务。本文通过问卷调查深入了解了高校青年教师的发展诉求及目前工会的服务现状，并基于此提出了工会服务于青年教师发展的对策。
