溴氰菊酯降解菌的分离与鉴定及其降解特性

Isolation and Characterization of Deltamethrin Degrading Strain and Its Degradation Characteristic

  • 摘要: 以长期施用溴氰菊酯农药的茶园土壤作为菌源,以富集驯化培养法从中分离得到一株溴氰菊酯降解菌DXQ018。通过生理生化及16S rDNA分析,将菌株DXQ018鉴定为醋酸钙不动杆菌(Acinetobacter calcoaceticus)。研究了菌株DXQ018在不同条件下对溴氰菊酯的降解特性,结果表明:培养温度、培养基初始pH和底物质量浓度对菌株DXQ018的生长及其对溴氰菊酯的降解率都有影响;当培养温度为37 ℃、培养基初始pH为7、底物质量浓度为20 mg/L时,菌株DXQ018对溴氰菊酯的最高降解率达到58.27%。

     

    Abstract: Strain DXQ018 with high ability to degrade deltamethrin was isolated from tea garden soil contaminated by deltamethrin for a long term. The strain was identified as Acinetobacter calcoaceticus based on the results from its physiological-biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic similarity of 16S rDNA gene sequences. The characteristics of deltamethrin degradation by strain DXQ018 were analyzed. And the results showed that three factors including temperature, initial pH and substrate concentration were the factors influencing deltamethrin degradation by strain DXQ018. The degradation rate could reach 58.27% when the temperature was 37℃, the initial pH was 7 and the substrate concentration was 20 mg/L.
