Purpose/SignificanceUnder the background of "promoting green development and building a beautiful China" proposed on the 19thcongress, Baoshan decides to adhere to the concept of industrial agglomeration and green development, and take "garden in garden" as the carrier to innovate the development mode, based on the reflection on the contradiction between "rich ecological and poor economy".

Method/ProcessThis article analyzes how the silicon-based industrial park located in Baoshan industrial zone carries out the concept of industrial agglomeration and green development from three aspects: industrial site selection, technology upgrading and industry chainconstruction.

Result/ConclusionBaoshan's "garden in garden" green-led industrial agglomeration development model has achieved remarkable results.
