某微型子午加速斜流风扇的设计及流动特性

Design and Flow Characteristic Research of a Micro Diagonal Fan with Meridian Acceleration

  • 摘要: 为获得满足设计要求的微型风扇,基于响应面优化方法,采用CFX模拟平台,运用SST k-ω湍流模型对轴流风扇进行偏向小流量优化设计,得到合适的子午加速斜流风扇复合结构,并对该风扇的流动特性进行研究。结果表明:在设计流量处,该斜流风扇比原轴流风扇出口静压提高了9%,叶轮轴向长度缩短30%;该风扇出口静压曲线比较平滑,变流量性能好;高效率区域在设计流量附近;由于存在斜流和子午加速斜流的复合结构,叶片表面静压分布具有明显的前后分段情况。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the suitable micro fan which satisfied the design requirement, based on Response surface optimization, using CFX software, the flow pulsation characteristics inside the micro diagonal fan with split joint structure are designed and the flow characteristic is researched by using SST k-ω equation. The results shown that, at the designed flow rate, the static pressure at the outlet of the diagonal fan is 9% higher than that of the original axial fan, and the axial thickness of the impeller is shortened by 30%, and the static pressure curve at the outlet of the fan is smooth and the variable flow performance is robustness. The high efficiency region is near the designed flow rate. Because of the split joint structure of diagonal and meridian accelerated diagonal, the static pressure distribution on the blade surface has obvious front and rear fields.
