用于测量电动增压器流量特性的文丘里管流量计设计

Design of Venturi Flowmeter for Measuring the Flow Characteristics of Electric Turbochargers

  • 摘要: 应用电动增压技术能有效解决柴油机在突然加速或加载期间出现的气量不足、烟度排放加重等问题。不同发动机要匹配不同流量特性的电动增压器,需对电动增压器的流量特性进行测量。针对现有流量特性测量仪存在体积偏大、成本偏高等问题,本文设计了一款用于测量电动增压器流量特性的文丘里管流量计。基于文丘里管的设计原则与相关公式,确定该流量计的各个参数,然后分别利用热膜式流量计、孔板式流量计和文丘里管流量计测量电动增压器压气机的流量特性并对其进行对比分析。结果表明:设计的文丘里管流量计适合用于测量电动增压器的流量特性,并且该流量计具有体积小、重量轻、成本低等优点。

     

    Abstract: During the sudden acceleration or loading of diesel engine, there are always problems such as insufficient air intake and aggravation of smoke emission, which can be effectively solved by the application of electric supercharging technology. Different engines need electric superchargers with different flow characteristics, so a venturi flowmeter was designed to measure the flow characteristics of electric superchargers. Based on the design principle and related formula of the venture, the parameters of the flowmeter was worked out, and the flow characteristics of the electric supercharger compressor were measured and compared by the hot-film flowmeter, orifice flowmeter and venturi flowmeter respectively. The results show that the designed venturi flowmeter is suitable for measuring the flow characteristics of the electric supercharger, and it has the advantages of small volume, light weight and low cost.
