Abstract:
In order to effectively analyze the safety of bulk cargo in the process of transportation, ADAMS was used to establish the complete vehicle model of highway bulk cargo transportation. Different transportation conditions were set on random road surface. The effects of vehicle speed and cargo weight on cargo vibration acceleration were analyzed, and the relevant data were obtained. MATLAB was used to generate the root-mean-square value fitting surface of acceleration data, and the curved surface fitting formula of cargo vibration acceleration varying with vehicle travel speed and cargo weight was obtained. Finally, this formula was applied to the actual binding and reinforcement cases. The results show that the surface fitting formula is feasible and can provide a theoretical basis for the check of highway bulk cargo binding.
