激光熔覆IN718合金涂层的组织特征、力学性能和热裂纹行为综述

Microstructure, Mechanical Properties and Thermal Crack Behavior of Laser Cladded IN718 Alloy Coating

  • 摘要: 对激光熔覆IN718合金涂层的熔覆涂层微观组织、成分偏聚特征和熔覆层力学性能进行综述,并对激光熔覆IN718合金热处理工艺及热处理后的力学性能、涂层热裂纹特征等进行归纳总结,最后对激光熔覆IN718合金涂层的研究方向提出了展望,指出可在激光熔覆IN718合金涂层的加工成形、微观组织、高温力学性能和热腐蚀等方面开展进一步研究。

     

    Abstract: In the paper, the processing technology, microstructure, characteristics of component segregation and the mechanical properties of the laser cladded IN718 alloy coating are intruded. The heat treatment process, the mechanical properties after heat treatment, and the hot crack characteristics of the laser cladded IN718 alloy coating are summarized. Finally, the prospect of further research on processing, microstructure, high temperature mechanical properties and hot corrosion etc. of laser cladded IN718 alloy coating are proposed.
