Abstract:
For triangular fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problems for interactions among attributes, a novel ranking method of triangular fuzzy numbers is firstly presented based on credibility distribution theory. Then, by generalizing the Wasserstein distance of intervals, the distance measure of triangular fuzzy numbers is obtained. Considered the interactions that exist among the attributes, a 2-additive Shapley triangular fuzzy Choquet aggregating (2ASTFCA) operator is defined. In addition, for the condition that the attribute weight information is incompletely known, a programming model is constructed to obtain the attribute weights aiming at maximizing the deviation among the alternatives. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by an example of choosing the developer of Qingdao leisure agriculture comprehensive information service platform.
