双层套筒调节阀节流特性数值模拟

Numerical Simulation Study on Throttling Characteristics of Double Sleeve Regulating Valve

  • 摘要: 套筒调节阀是管路中重要的调节部件,其节流特性是套筒调节阀的主要性能指标。针对实际工况中不同套筒参数对调节阀调节性能的影响,文章以双层套筒调节阀为研究对象,采用Fluent数值模拟计算的方法,研究10个不同套筒间距和2种不同二级套筒小孔排列方式对调节阀节流特性的影响,对不同间距和不同小孔排布下压降、流速和湍流耗散率等节流特性进行分析。结果表明:随着双层套筒间距的增大,压降减小,出口速度增大,湍流耗散率增大;当套筒间距达到临界距离(8 mm)后,再增加套筒间距,节流效果不会发生变化;二级套筒以三角形排布时,能量消耗更大。研究结果可为后续类似套筒调节阀的设计和优化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The sleeve regulating valve is one important adjustment component in pipeline. Its throttling characteristics is the main performance index. In view of the influence of different sleeve parameters on the throttle performance of the sleeve regulating valve in actual working conditions, double sleeve regulating valve is taken as the research object, and the Fluent numerical simulation method is used to research the influence of 10 different sleeve spacing and two different arrangement of secondary sleeve holes on the throttling characteristics of the regulating valve, and the throttle characteristics such as pressure drop, flow velocity and turbulent dissipation rate are analyzed in detail. The results show that with the increase of double sleeve spacing, the pressure drop decreases, the outlet velocity increases, and the turbulent dissipation rate is rising. When the sleeve distance reaches the critical distance (8 mm), the sleeve spacing will increase while the throttle effect will not change. When the secondary sleeve is arranged in triangle, the energy consumption is greater. The research results provide reference for the design and optimization of similar sleeve regulating valve.
