Abstract:
Aiming at a novel folding mechanism of large-array antenna with high-compression ratio transverse span structure, the precise synchronous control system on both sides is designed to avoid the occurrence of internal electronic devices damaged by the deformation of the side block frame. The control system adopts PI adjustment closed-loop control, and the sampling cycle control period is only 5ms. A synchronous control algorithm is designed to sequentially set the proportional coefficient and integral coefficient of each cylinder to achieve precise synchronous control of the six cylinders on both sides of the antenna. The design solves a difficult problem of rapid withdrawal and high motorized transportation of large-caliber radar antenna.
