铝合金基体厚度对硬质阳极氧化膜的影响

Influence of Aluminum Alloy Substrate Thickness on Hard Anodic Oxidation Film

  • 摘要: 选用不同厚度、相同表面积的6061铝合金板材试样,在相同工艺参数下对各试样进行硬质阳极氧化,动态采集其在氧化过程中的氧化电压,测量各试样氧化膜的厚度和硬度,并对测试结果进行比较分析。结果显示,基体厚度越大,在致密层形成后氧化膜生长速度越快,且额定氧化时间后获得的膜层越厚、硬度值越高。

     

    Abstract: The hard oxidation film was proceeded on 6061 aluminum alloy plates with different thickness and the same surface area under the same process parameter conditions. The voltage variation data of different samples were collected dynamically, the oxidation film thickness and hardness of each samples were measured. All measured results were compared and analyzed. Experiment results showed that with greater substrate thickness, the oxidation film grew faster after the dense layer formed, meantime, the final oxide film was thicker and the hardness was higher after the rated time oxidation.Through analysis, it is concluded that under the equal oxidation heat, the larger substrate thickness is, the less increase in internal temperature, which brings less negative influence on the growth of oxidation film, so the hardness and thickness of oxidation film are higher.
