Abstract: Taking quality performance characteristics of the LED street lamp as the research object, this paper built the relationship matrix of user requirements with quality characteristic and the matrix of quality planning based on user requirements investigation and analysis. Quality function deployment (QFD) software was used to establish house of quality (HOQ) of the LED street lamp. With the information input for house of quality, the absolutely important degree and the relative important degree of the product quality characteristics were outputted by house of quality, so as to realize conversion from user requirements to product quality characteristics. According to different user requirements, to select the different threshold value of relative important degree of the quality characteristics, finally the key feature set of quality performance for the user satisfaction of LED street lamp was obtained. As a result, the scientific evidence for decision-making could be attained for the development and standardization construction of this product.
