平面二次包络环面蜗杆数控加工误差分析研究

Analysis of the Errors for Planar Double-Enveloping Toroid Worm Gear Drive Processed by CNC Machining

  • 摘要: 以多体系统建模理论和空间啮合原理为基础,研究数控机床各轴运动误差、刀具误差、工装误差等多项原始误差对平面二次包络环面蜗杆数控加工廓面精度的影响,推导出包含以上各误差的平面二次包络环面蜗杆误差廓面方程,利用牛顿迭代法计算并对误差计算结果进行对比分析,从理论上阐述各误差对加工蜗杆廓面精度的影响规律,为平面二次包络环面蜗杆高精度数控加工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the influence of numerical control machine tool axis motion error, tool error, tooling and other original errors on the accuracy of numerical control processing for double-enveloping toroid worm gear drives is studied by using the theory of multi-body system modeling and spatial meshing principle as the foundation. The surface equation with above various errors of planar double-enveloping toroid worm gear drive is deduced, and error analysis is conducted using Newton iterative method.The influence of the error on the machining precision of worm profile surface is theoretically elaborated, which provides theoretical reference for NC machining of double-enveloping toroid worm gear drives with high precision.
