相对时差超声法检测微量SF6浓度及FPGA实现

Detection of Concentration for Micro-SF6 and FPGA Implementation by Relative Time-Difference Ultrasonic Method

  • 摘要: 为提高微量SF6气体浓度的检测精度和扩大其测量范围,提出相对时差超声检测方法。该方法采用1组超声传感器,通过测得的空气和混合气体接收的脉冲时间差,计算出混合气体中SF6的气体浓度。它不仅有效结合了时差法测量范围大和时间差分法测量精度高的优点,而且便于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的实现。仿真结果表明,该测量方法的检测精度达到10-5,相对误差在1%以内。

     

    Abstract: To further improve the precision and range of measurement micro-SF6 concentration in air, the relative time-difference method based on ultrasonic testing is proposed. Only a pair of ultrasonic sensors is used in application. At first a difference of travel time in air and in mixed gas is measured and then the SF6 concentration is calculated accurately. The proposed method has advantages of both time-subtraction method and time-difference method, which are precision and large range. Furthermore, it can be implemented easily in field programmable gate array (FPGA). Simulation results show that precision achieves 10-5 and relative error is less than 1% by using the relative time-difference method.
