某重型汽车挡泥板成形过程模拟与工艺优化

  • 摘要: 针对重型汽车挡泥板成形过程中拉延不足的问题,运用数值模拟技术对其成形工艺过程进行分析,根据分析结果,进行工艺优化和模拟验证,得到优化的工艺补充面以及合理的拉延筋高度及分布参数:工艺补充面在宽度和长度方向上补充线长增加到200 mm;过渡圆角加大到150 mm;在拉延筋设置高度中,较浅拉延筋是2.5 mm,较深拉延筋是4 mm。试模结果表明,其有效地解决了制件成形过程拉延不充分的问题,保证了产品质量;对该类零件模具工艺设计具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract: For the inadequate drawing problem occurred in the forming process of heavy-duty vehicle fender part, the numerical simulation technique was applied to analyzing the forming process. According to the results, the process was optimized and verified by simulation method where optimized addendum and rational draw bead parameters were obtained. The supplementary line length of addendum on the width and length direction increased to 200 mm, fillet increased to 150 mm.The height of draw beads was set as shallow one was 2.5 mm and deeper one was 4 mm.The tryout results showed that the problems occurred in the part forming process were effectively solved and the quality of the product was ensured. It has some guiding significance to the die design process of similar parts.
