含沙水下粒径对螺旋离心泵磨蚀效应的数值分析

Numerical Analysis of Erosion Effect of Sand-laden Water on Screw Centrifugal Pump

  • 摘要: 为研究含沙水中固相颗粒粒径对螺旋离心泵磨蚀的影响,采用N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型对螺旋离心泵的内部流场进行数值模拟计算。结果表明,在含沙量一定时,颗粒的粒径对磨蚀影响显著,且随着粒径的增加,叶轮域的体积浓度梯度变化不均匀,更加促进了磨蚀效应,尤其对叶轮的轮缘磨损最为严重。

     

    Abstract: In view of sand water conditions, fluid machinery acted on by a force of sand, in which impeller is the main work part is easy to erode and loses its original function. In order to study the influence of the particle size of sand in water on the erosion of screw centrifugal pump, N-S equation and standard k-ε turbulence model are used and the internal flow field of screw centrifugal pump is numerical simulated. The results show that the sediment is constant, the particle size has significant impact on the erosion of impeller, and the volume concentration gradient varies very uneven, which increases the erosion of the impeller, and promotes the erosion effect, the impeller flange wear is most serious.
