钢管钻环切法在裸岩区跨海桥梁钢管桩施工中的应用

Application of Steel Tube-drill Cutting Method in Steel Pipe Pile-foundation Construction of a Sea-crossing Bridge in Bare Rock Area

  • 摘要: 在跨海桥梁建设中,临时钢栈桥大都采用“植”入海床的钢管桩作为基础,而当海底没有淤泥覆盖层,全为质地坚硬的裸岩时,普通的“振动沉桩‘植’入”工艺便无法奏效。针对此种特殊工况,笔者和同事研发了一种新型施工方法。该方法将振动锤、钢管钻和高压水泵组合形成一套“环切系统”进行施工,先形成环形桩孔,然后在孔内植入钢管桩。经实例施工验证,该方法施工效率高,质量可靠。

     

    Abstract: In the construction of a sea-crossing bridge, the embedded steel pipe piles of the seabed are mostly adopted for the steel pier foundation. But when there is no silt overburden, seabed is of very hard bare rock. And so, using vibration-hammer moving to steel pipe pile vibration inserted into the seabed is not available. For this special condition, a new method of construction should be developed. The method is combing the vibratory hammer, drill pipe and pump as a working system, first forming an annular pile hole, and then implanting steel pipe pile into the hole. Practical examples prove that the method of construction is of high efficiency and reliable quality.
