摘要: 为满足丘陵山地用半喂入联合收割机小型化的要求, 对制动操纵机构进行优化设计。首先用解析法确定3个位置的约束条件, 然后建立相应的数学模型, 并用MATLAB进行数据优化处理, 得到杆长尺寸的局部最优解, 从而达到使机构的结构更为紧凑的目的。Abstract: To meet the miniaturization request of the semi-feed combine harvester in hilly and mountainous, this paper optimizes the design of the harvester braking mechanism.With analytical method, constrains of the mechanism three positions are determined and the corresponding mathematical models are set up.MATLAB tools are utilized to optimize the mechanism sizes in order to make the mechanism structure more compact.
