表面织构参数对径向轴承流体动力润滑特性的影响

Effect of the Parameters of Surface Textures on the Hydrodynamic Lubrication Characteristics of Radial Bearing

  • 摘要: 为研究表面织构参数对径向滑动轴承流体动力润滑特性的影响,建立了基于经典雷诺方程的表面织构润滑计算模型,设计了具有不同分布位置和几何参数的长方体形状的表面织构,在施加雷诺边界条件的情况下使用有限差分法求解雷诺方程,分析了织构参数对轴承静态特性的影响作用,其静特性参数包括偏心率、偏位角、最大油膜压力、最小油膜厚度、摩擦力及轴承两侧泄油量。数值计算的结果表明:表面织构可以明显改变油膜压力的分布情况,尤其当织构分布在压力下降区和最大压力附近时;与光滑轴承相比,油膜的压力分布有显著的变化,通常分布在轴承上游的织构,可以使油膜压力的峰值增大。此外,织构在轴承表面的分布位置对轴承的其他静态特性有着不同的影响。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of parameters of the surface texture on the hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of radial bearing, the analytic model is constructed based on Reynolds equation. Cuboid-shaped surface textures with different distribution location and geometrical parameter are designed. Reynolds equation is solved by using finite difference method (FDM) under the condition of Reynolds boundary. The effect of texture parameters on the static characteristics of the bearings was analyzed, involved the eccentricity ratio, the attitude angle, the maximum film pressure, the minimum film thickness, the friction force and the side leakage. The results of numerical calculation show that the surface texture has a significant influence on the distribution of film pressure. Especially when the textures are arranged in the downgrade area of the pressure and the neighboring area of the maximum pressure, the distributions of the film pressure have prominent distinction between smooth and textured bearings. Generally, the pressure peak can be increased when the textures are arranged on the upstream surface of the bearing. Moreover, the location of the textures arranged on the bearing surface has a distinguishing influence on the other static characteristics of the bearings excepting the film pressure.
