转酰胺反应构建酰胺键研究新进展

New Advances of Transamidation for Amide Bond Formation

  • 摘要: 转酰胺反应是构建药物分子酰胺键的一个新途径。本文对近年该类型反应在廉价金属催化剂、非金属催化剂和微波辅助等方面取得的实验新进展,以及分子水平上计算研究的微观反应机制进行了阐述。这些已有的进展将有助于更高效绿色地优化转酰胺反应,为其进入工业应用奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: Transamidation is a novelway for amide bond formation. This article demonstrates new advances of transamidation for amide bond formation with cheap metal, non-metal catalysts and microwave-assistances. As well, computational studies to explore the micro reaction mechanisms are included. These research advances will contribute to the development of more efficient and more environment-friendly transamidation reactions, and pave the way for its industrial applications.
