基于小样本的加速性能退化可靠性分析方法

Reliability Analysis of Accelerated Performance Degradation Based on Small Samples

  • 摘要: 针对产品性能退化的无失效数据,给出一种基于小样本的加速性能退化可靠性分析方法。通过建立各加速应力与最高应力下产品退化数据之间的函数关系,将各加速应力下的退化数据等效折算到最高应力下,进而采用非参数统计方法,估计最高应力下产品的平均退化曲线。通过拟合相对加速因子与应力的关系模型,估计正常应力下产品寿命的均值与方差,对不同失效类型下产品的可靠性进行评估。最后,通过一个算例验证方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the failure data of product performance degradation, this paper puts forward a reliability analysis model based on accelerating degradation of the performance for small samples. the function relation between the acceleration stress and the product degradation data was set up under the highest stress, and the degradation data under the acceleration stress was converted into the data under the highest stress, and then the non-parametric statistics method was utilized to estimate the average degradation curve of the product under the highest stress. The relationship between the acceleration factor and the stress is fitted to estimate the mean and variance of the product life under constant stress, and evaluate the reliability of the product under different failure types. Finally, an example was used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
