Innovation and Optimization of a New Void Discharging Device for Gully Emptier

  • 摘要: 为解决化粪池处理车的螺旋挤压式粗分离装置出料堵塞和清洗困难的问题,通过对化粪池污水处理车螺旋挤压式粗分离装置出料过程的分析,基于类比法设计一种新型自动调节真空连续出料机构,并对关键参数进行了设计,利用MATLAB对影响出料效率和稳定性的关键尺寸进行了优化。该设计思路为其他创新性机构设计提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of material plugging and cleaning, we analyzed the discharging process of the screw-type coarse separation unit of gully emptier, and innovatively designed a new type of automatically and continuously discharging vacuum mechanism based on analogy method. We calculated the key size parameters and optimized the key parameters effecting discharging efficiency and stability by MATLAB.The design method provides reference for other innovative mechanism design.
