核电厂取排水工程软岩水理特性试验研究

Experimental Study on Hydraulic Features of Soft Rock in Water Intake and Outlet Project of Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 基于软岩遇水易崩解、软化并产生变形的特征,利用核电厂取排水工程中的泥岩和泥质砂岩两种软岩芯样,进行耐崩解性试验、膨胀性试验及单轴抗压强度试验,分析软岩在不同含水率条件下的膨胀性、耐崩解性和软化性。结果表明:泥岩的轴向膨胀率及膨胀压力随着含水率增大而线性减小;软岩的耐崩解指数主要分布在30%~60%之间,属低耐久性;软岩遇水表现出明显的软化现象,强度显著下降。试验规律对该工程建设具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: To ensure quality and safety, it is necessary to study the hydraulic features of soft rock. The hydraulic features of representative soft rock were studied by using the soft rock obtained in the water intake and outlet project of a nuclear power plant, conducting the slake durability test, the swelling test and the uniaxial compressive strength test. The experiment results show that the axial swelling rate of mudstone decreases linearly with increasing water content. The swelling pressure of mudstone decreases linearly with the increase of water content. The slake durability index of soft rock is mainly distributed between 30% and 60%, which belongs to low durability. Soft rock shows obvious softening phenomenon with water, and the strength decreases significantly. The test law has certain reference value for the project construction.
