横置双离合器自动变速器速比设定方法

Study on the Gear Ratio Setting Method of Horizontal Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission

  • 摘要: 横置双离合器自动变速器传动系统结构复杂,仅根据理论方法设定的速比无法快速实现齿轮参数选配及设计。本文根据双离合器自动变速器传动系统特点,分析其结构、齿轮啮合关系、轴心距等设置对速比的影响,提出一种既遵循理论速比设定的要求,又满足变速器实际结构等因素限制的速比设定方法。实际应用结果表明该速比设定方法可行,能够实现横置双离合器自动变速器复杂结构状态下的实际速比设定,且匹配车辆能够满足整车动力性及经济性相关目标要求。

     

    Abstract: The transmission system of the transverse Dual-Clutch Transmission is very complex, so the gear ratios con not be defined quickly only according to the theoretical method. Based on the characteristic of transverse Dual clutch transmission system, we analyze the influence of transmission structure, relationship of gear meshing, axis center distances, and provide a definition method of gear ratio which can both follow the theoretical requirements and meet the limitation of actual structure factors. The practical application shows that this method is feasible and can set the actual speed ratio in the complex structure of the transverse double-clutch transmission., And the matching vehicle can meet the requirements of dynamic and economic performance.
