自熔合金粉末喷熔对水泵密封环抗磨蚀性能的影响

The Influence of Self - melting Alloy Powder on the Wear Resistance of Seal Ring of Water Pumps

  • 摘要: 针对固海扬水工程中泵站水泵密封环在高含沙水质条件下使用寿命短的问题,以铸钢密封环为基体,以镍基自熔性合金粉末作为抗磨蚀层材料,采用氧—乙炔焰喷焊工艺,选择3种不同泵型进行抗磨蚀试验。结果表明: 与铸钢密封环相比,喷焊试验密封环的抗磨损和汽蚀性能明显增强,使用寿命是铸钢密封环的2. 75倍以上。

     

    Abstract: Under the condition of water with high sand content in pump station of Ningxia-sea pumping Project, the pump seal ring is easily worn out. The oxy-acetylene flame spraying process is used to spray Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder on the base of cast steel seal ring and three different pumps are employed for wear resistance experiment. The results show that new seal rings gain great advantage over the cast steel seal ring in both wear resistance and cavitation and its life is over 2. 75 times longer than that of the cast steel seal ring.
