猕猴桃采后冷害及其防控技术研究进展

摘要: 猕猴桃是后熟型果实,低温贮藏是保持果实品质、延缓果实成熟衰老的最基本、最优效的方式之一;但猕猴桃是冷敏性水果,不适当的低温会造成猕猴桃贮藏期间冷害发生。本文总结了猕猴桃采后冷害发生特征、条件以及生理生化机制方面的研究进展,介绍了猕猴桃采后冷害抗性机制及冷害防控措施研究现状。本文可为猕猴桃生产中冷害防控提供方法参考,为猕猴桃冷害发生分子机制研究提供理论借鉴。Abstract: Low temperature storage is one of the most useful method to prolong and control the quality of postharvest kiwifruit. However, the kiwifruit is sensitive to low temperature.inappropriate low temperature would cause chilling injury during storage. In this review, the recent progress in research on the characteristics, conditions and physiological mechanisms of chilling injury in postharvest kiwifruit is summarized, the resistance mechanisms and control technology ware also described.
