唾液中硫氰酸根离子的测定与研究

Determination of Thiocyanate Ion in Saliva

  • 摘要: 通过对硫氰酸根离子与铁离子反应得到的硫氰酸铁进行吸光度测定,建立了紫外-可见分光光度法间接测定唾液中硫氰酸根离子含量的分析方法,并对反应酸度、时间、温度进行了研究。在最佳实验条件下,本实验方法的相对标准偏差低于0.89%,质量浓度在0.5~30.0 mg·L-1范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 3),回收率为90.9%~110.8%。利用该方法测定唾液中硫氰酸根离子的含量取得了满意的效果,而且操作简便,快速准确。

     

    Abstract: A simple, fast and relatively inexpensive UV-Vis spectrophotometric method for the indirect determination of thiocyanate ion in saliva, obtained by the absorbance of ferric thiocyanate which was attained by the reaction of thiocyanate ion and ferric ion, is proposed. The influences of acidity, reaction time and temperature were studied. Under the optimized operating conditions, the relative standard deviations were smaller than 0.89%, the linear range of quantification of thiocyanate was 0.5~30.0 mg·L-1 with the regression coefficient (r2) of 0.9993, and the recovery was found to be 90.9%~110.8%. The present method was successfully applied to the rapid determination of thiocyanate in human saliva
