纳米氧化镍粉体的溶胶凝胶法制备与光催化性能研究

Synthesis of NiO Nanopower Prepared by Sol-gel and the Study of Photocatalytic Property

  • 摘要: 采用改进的溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米氧化镍粉体, 并利用热重分析法、X射线衍射法对其进行分析表征, 结果表明: 以醋酸镍、氨水、PEG6000为原料通过络合水解竞争平衡合成溶胶, 随着烧结温度的升高, 镍含量递减, 直到500℃形成纯度很高的立方晶相纳米氧化镍颗粒。以8 W紫外灯为光源, 浓度为0.4 g/L的氧化镍粉体光照4 h后甲基橙的光催化降解性能达到85%。

     

    Abstract: Nano-NiO powder was prepared by modified sol-gel process.Samples were characterized by thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction.The results indicated that Ni(AC)2, NH3H2O and PEG6000 were used to prepare the sol by the competitive reaction between complexation and hydrolyze.With increase in sintering temperature, nickel contents decreased gradually.Nano-crystalline phase of cubic nickel oxide particles was formed completely until 500 ℃.Eighty-five percent degradation of methyl orange was achieved when the concentration of NiO was 0.4 g/L, illuminating after 4 h with UV lamp of 8 W.
