TZS88滑动轴承合金的自然时效性能研究

Study of Natural Aging Properties for Sliding Bearing Alloy TZS88

  • 摘要: 研究了一种以铝为基体, 加入7%的锡, 并适量添加铜、镍、钛、硼等合金元素的新型铝基滑动轴承合金。结果表明, 该合金的性能特点为: σb为195~207.5MPa, δ5为5.4%~6.3%, 硬度为72~76HBS, 其强度和塑性不低于ZQSn6-6-3锡青铜的水平, 硬度略高于ZQSn6-6-3锡青铜; 并具有优良的耐磨性、减摩性和抗咬合性等滑动轴性能, 适合用于制造整体材质的轴瓦、轴套等机械零件。

     

    Abstract: The experiment research deals with the usage performance of a kind of aluminum alloy during nature aging.The alloy comprises 7% of stannum and appropriate cuprum, nickel, titanium, boron etc.The test results show that the alloy's tensile strength ranges from 195MPa to 207.5MPa, breaking elongation percentage (δ5) ranges from 5.4% to 6.3%, hardness ranges from HBS72 to HBS76, its strength and plasticity is not lower than that of ZQSn6-6-3 tin bronze alloys, its hardness is little better than that of ZQSn6-6-3 tin bronze alloys; further more?, it has excellent wear resistance, friction-reduce ability and anti-seizure property.It is suitable for making mechanical components such as unitary-material bearing shells.
