基于系统动力学的装配式建筑安全风险影响因素分析

The Analysis of Safety Risk Influencing Factors of Prefabricated Building Based on System Dynamics

  • 摘要: 通过归纳总结相关文献资料,对影响装配式建筑安全风险的因素进行分析后形成了安全风险影响因素的类型表,依据风险影响因素类型表,运用系统动力学原理构建装配式建筑全风险识别反馈图模型。文章根据影响因素类型表和因素识别反馈图模型从定性(采用反馈回路分析方法)和定量(层次分析法)角度分析了装配式建筑安全风险影响因素的重要性程度。研究发现:对装配式建筑安全风险影响最大的是人为因素; 其次是工艺因素; 最后是环境因素和制度因素。文章最后依据重要性分析的结论,从4个方面分别提出了装配式建筑安全风险管理的建议。

     

    Abstract: Through the summary of relevant literature summarized, arrangement the influence factors of construction safety risk assembly and construction safety risk factors of assembly type table, through the construction safety risk factors of assembly type table, using the system dynamics theory to build the prefabricated construction risk identification feedback model. In order to analysis the importance of factors affecting the safety risk of assembly building, according to the influence factors and factors of type table recognition feedback pattern from the qualitative (using feedback loop analysis method) and quantitative (AHP) to analysis importance of the construction safety risk factors of assembly. The conclusions obtained by the two methods are the same, and the most important ones are human factors, followed by technological factors, and finally environmental and institutional factors. Finally, according to the conclusion of the importance analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the risk management of the assembly type building from four aspects of human factors, process factors, environmental factors and system factors.
