Abstract:
In order to improve the vehicle ride comfortableness and driving stability, for engineering vehicles there is a shortcoming in the fixed damp and small damping range of the passive suspension system. In this paper, MR damper was used, the fuzzy controller was designed, and the vehicle semi-active suspension control system model was established. White noise signal was used to simulate road conditions, the result showed that the semi-active suspension used fuzzy controlled MR damper could effectively reduce the vibration acceleration peak and the effect of damping significantly, which was better than that of passive suspension. On this basis, the feasibility of fuzzy controlled MR damper used to reduce the vibration in vehicles was discussed.
