应力吸收层力学特性对比试验研究

Experimental Research on the Mechanical Properties of Stress-absorbing Layers

  • 摘要: 实验制备了三种不同应力吸收层的旧沥青混凝土路面加铺沥青混凝土路面面板试件; 采用45°斜剪、拉拔试验和动态斜剪试验, 对其进行抗剪强度、粘结强度和抗剪疲劳强度试验。试验表明: 3种应力吸收层在低温和快速荷载作用下, 具有较高的抗剪强度; 高温条件下抗剪强度和粘结强度均降低, 因此应力吸收层应采用高温和慢速荷载条件下力学指标作为结构计算指标; 三种不同的应力吸收层中, 橡胶沥青应力吸收层具有较好的抗剪强度、抗拔强度和动态疲劳特性, 适合于在陡坡、急弯等横向应力大的路段推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Three different specimens of pavement were formed, which contain fiber reinforced stress absorbing layer, asphalt rubber stress absorbing layer, polymer modified asphalt emulsion adhesive layer respectively.45 ° oblique cut was employed, and pull-out test and dynamic oblique shear test method were established in order to measure the shear strength, shear bond strength and fatigue strength of the stress absorbing layer.The results show that at low temperature and with fast loading, the stress absorbing layer has higher shear strength and bond strength; asphalt rubber stress absorbing layer has more shear strength, pull strength and dynamic fatigue properties compared with the other two layers.
