基于ANSYS的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮仿真分析

摘要: 利用有限元软件ANSYS的建模功能, 建立渐开线标准直齿圆柱齿轮的二维和三维有限元模型, 在此基础上对静载荷作用下齿轮的齿根应力和齿轮变形进行有限元分析, 比较二维模型和三维模型的模拟结果, 并与传统的齿轮强度计算方法作比较, 指出传统计算方法的不足, 为齿轮优化设计提供1种新的设计方法和理论依据。Abstract: Two dimension and three dimension finite element models of spur cylindrical gear with straight teeth are established using the modeling function of finite element software ANSYS.And the finite element analysis is conducted on the tooth root stress and deformation of the gear under static load.The comparison between the 2-D and 3-D model simulation results and that obtained by traditional calculation method of the gear strength is performed.At last, the shortage of traditional method for gear design is pointed out.The approach proposed in this paper provides a new design methodology and theoretical basis for gear design.
