基于操纵稳定性的小型客车前空气悬架设计

Design of Front Air Suspension of Minibus Based on Handling Stability

  • 摘要: 参考丰田考斯特车型,对国内7 m中型客车空气悬架进行设计。根据样车的前悬架结构参数,确立虚拟主销式双横臂独立空气悬架的硬点坐标,在ADAMS建立空气悬架虚拟样机,分析前轮定位角及前轮侧向滑移量随车轮跳动的关系特性,得到悬架导向机构合理的运动轨迹。在SolidWorks设计悬架三维模型,将设计的悬架试制并安装在试验样车上,按照GB/T 6323—2014《汽车操纵稳定性试验方法》进行整车转向回正性、转向轻便性和稳态回转的道路试验。按照QC/T 480—1999对试验车辆的操纵稳定性综合评分,左转87.7分,右转90.5分。试验结果表明试验车辆具有良好的操纵稳定性。

     

    Abstract: This paper designs a kind of independent front air suspension of 7 meters minibus in China according to Toyota Coaster. With the data of front air suspension of sample vehicle, we established hard point coordinate of virtual kingpin double-wishbone front air suspension. Then in order to get a reasonable trajectory of guiding mechanism, the virtual prototype of front air suspension was built by ADAMS software which is used to analyze the characteristic of the curve of front wheel alignment angle and front lateral slippage with wheel moving up and down. The three-dimensional model of the suspension assembly was designed by means of SolidWorks software. The suspension was trial-produced and mounted on sample-vehicle. On the basis of GB/T6323-2014 for sample vehicle, three types of test on controllability and stability, including steering returnability, cornering performance or steady state yaw response test and steering portability, were carried out in China. According to QC/T 480-1999, vehicle handling stability was evaluated with combined score which is the average of the three test. The score of turning left was 87.7, while the score of turning right was 90.5. The result indicates that test vehicle has good steering returnability, excellent steering portability and steady-state cornering performance. Therefore, the suspension designed has an excellent performance.
