离心压缩机主轴密封的比较分析

Analysis of Several Seals Used on Centrifugal Compressor Shaft

  • 摘要: 为了合理地选用离心压缩机主轴密封, 以防止有害气体沿轴向泄漏到大气中, 本文对离心压缩机主轴常见的迷宫密封、浮环密封、接触式机械密封、干气密封进行了对比分析。迷宫密封泄漏量较大, 且只能适应压力较低的场合, 一般不单独使用; 浮环密封和接触式机械密封需要密封油及油液控制系统, 其控制系统复杂、维护费用高、污染严重、能耗较大、稳定性较低; 干气密封是一种气体润滑非接触式端面密封, 泄漏量少, 运行成本低, 对介质和环境污染少, 寿命长。因此, 干气密封是目前离心压缩机主轴密封的最佳密封形式。通过使用干气密封, 可大大降低企业的生产成本, 减少对介质气体和环境的污染。

     

    Abstract: In order to eligibly choose seal on centrifugal compressor shaft to prevent poisonous gas from leaking into atmosphere, four common seal types are analyzed contrastively.They are labyrinth seal, floating ring seal, mechanical contact seal and dry gas seal.Labyrinth seal is rarely used alone because it will induce substantial leakage when pressure is high.So it is suitable for lower pressure situation.Floating ring seal and mechanical contact seal require seal oil and corresponding control system.The two kinds of shaft seal have several disadvantages, for example, complicated control system, highly maintenance cost, serious contamination, more power consumption and lower stability.Dry gas seal, which is end-face seal with lower leakage, is gas-lubricated without contacting with the shaft.Therefore, it needs fewer operation cost, has rare contamination and long lifespan.Accordingly, dry gas seal is an optimal form of centrifugal compressor shaft seal.The cost and contamination will be greatly reduced by using dry gas seal.
