没食子酸衍生物的合成及抑菌活性研究

Synthesis of Gallic Acid Derivatives and Their Antibacterial Activities

  • 摘要: 利用植物源农药中活性较高的天然产物为先导化合物进行结构改造和优化是研究低毒、新型农药的重要方向。本文以没食子酸为原料通过保护、酰化、脱保护等反应合成4个结构全新的没食子酸衍生物,衍生物经过1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS进行了结构表征。同时研究了4种化合物对苹果斑点落叶病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、立枯丝核菌病菌以及马铃薯晚疫病菌的杀菌效果。

     

    Abstract: Modification and optimization of natural compounds with higher activity in botanic pesticides are important directions in the field of pesticides. In this paper, four novel gallic acid derivatives were synthesized through the formation of protecting group, acylation, deprotection reaction with the gallic acid as the raw material. The final products were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. In addition, the antibacterial activities of four compounds on Ahernaria mali, Physalospora Piricola, Rhizoctonia solani and Phytophthora infestans were studied.
