Al2O3在等离子喷涂涂层中的应用综述

Application of Al2O3 Ceramic Powder in Plasma Spraying Field

  • 摘要: Al2O3作为等离子喷涂的常用材料,以其良好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能被广泛地应用于工业领域。本文从原始喂料特征、第二相粉体粒子等方面阐述其对涂层性能的影响,并从梯度涂层、多层涂层和后处理(封孔处理、激光重熔等)等角度,对涂层的孔隙率和耐腐蚀性能的影响作了详细说明,在涂层的韧性方面,主要分析第二相粒子和热处理对涂层韧性的影响,最后对用等离子喷涂技术制备综合性能良好的Al2O3基复合涂层的研究方向提出了展望。

     

    Abstract: Since the plasma spraying technology came into public production and life, its process parameters and the structure and composition of the original powder have been optimized and innovated continuously. Moreover, considerable progress and improvement have been attained. Meanwhile, Al2O3, as a common material for spraying plasma, it is extensively utilized in the industrial filed due to its superior abrasive resistance and erosion resistance. In this paper, firstly, the effects of raw feedstock characteristics and the second phase powder particles on abrasion resistance were analyzed and elaborated, respectively. Secondly, the influences of gradient coatings, multi-layer coatings and post-treatments (sealing treatment, laser remelting, etc.) on porosity and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings were also expounded emphatically. In the terms of toughness of the coatings, the effects of the second phase particles and heat treatment on the toughness of the coating was discussed. Finally, the problems faced by the current research were pointed out, and the prospect of the preparation of Al2O3-based composite coatings with good comprehensive properties by plasma spraying technology was put forward.
