A Forecast Compensation Fuzzy PID Control Method of Furnaces Temperature

  • 摘要: 针对温度常规控制系统存在的滞后性、时变性、非线性等不稳定特性, 以某蓄热式燃气炉为研究对象,基于燃烧中温度控制与过量空气系数的关系, 采用MATLAB仿真分析3种控制模式下的燃烧效率,并在此基础上提出一种基于模糊Smith-PID的新型蓄热炉窑控制方法。该方法利用Smith算法克服纯滞后,利用PID控制提高系统的稳态精度,利用模糊控制提高系统的动态响应速度及鲁棒性。其仿真结果表明,该方法明显优于传统控制方式,具有动态响应快、控制精度高、适应性与鲁棒性强等特点。该方法为其他温度控制提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The ordinary temperature control system has the unstable characteristic of hysteresis, time-varying, nonlinear. A regenerative combustion gas furnace was taken as the research object. Based on the relationship between temperature control and excess air coefficient in the combustion, the combustion efficiency of three control modes was analyzed by MATLAB simulation and a kind of new furnaces temperature control technology based on fuzzy Smith-PID was put forward. For the fuzzy Smith-PID regenerative furnace control method, the Smith algorithm was used to overcome the pure lag and the PID control was used to improve the system's steady-state accuracy.The fuzzy control was used to improve the dynamic response speed and robustness of the system. Experiment result shows that the method is clearly superior to traditional control.This technology has the characteristics of the faster dynamic response, higher control precision and stronger robustness.This method can provide reference for other temperature control.
